- About Impressonails: We based in Shanghai, China. We love sharing nail arts and surfing the trend of it. We have many professional nail artists friends across China who are making these cute and 100% handmade press on nails, and we only select the most interesting and fun ones for you.
- Do you receive orders from any place in the world?
We always want to ship our beautiful press on nails to every corner of the world. However, unfortunately, not yet. Impressonails.com based in Shanghai, China. And so far we only take orders from United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Singapore.
- I made an order. Why I received 1 more package tracking number?
Our press on nails are handmade in different nail art studios from independent professional artists. They prefer to have their own branding and pacakage. For example, you bought 2 products at “slay and smart”. These two products may be created by two different nail artists. That explained why you may receive 2 packages and their tracking numbers.📦 - How do I know my press-on-nails size? No worries. Please refer to this “measure guide“.
- How long do the nails stay on?
Wear time depends on how well you prep your natural nails before application, how rough you are on your hands and your choice of adhesive. With nails tabs, you can usually wear them for a few days or even a few hours if you’re wearing them for a special occasion(for instance, diving or in hot bath). With nail glue, for about 1 to 2 weeks but also depends on occasions.
- I’m worried that my nails are going to pop off. Any tips on how I can avoid this?
You can try using both adhesive tabs and nail glue together- but this may be too hard for your nails. From personal experience, usually, avoid connection between hot water and your nails for more than 30 minutes once you just pressed on your nails.
- I want to know more about Tailormade Premium Service.
Tailmade Premium service is for customized products. You can always send us your design and nail size. We will communicate with our nail artist and tailor made the press on nails for you. We will soon present some samples, and you can order them without sending through your own design. Tailormade Premium products are delicates, requiring more time to be made.
