• About Shipping. Do you receive orders from any place in the world?

We always want to ship our beautiful press on nails to every corner of the world. However, unfortunately, not yet. Impressonails.com based in Shanghai, China. And so far we only take orders from United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Singapore.  For any order from the above regions, we charge $10 if it’s under $50. In other words, you got free shipping over $50.

• About Shipping. How long will it take to receive my press-on-nails?

We will start to process your order right after we received it on our backstage. As all the products we provide are 100% handmade by experienced nail artists, they may need 7-15 days to be created. Please note that for Masters Painting Series products, they may need 20 days. Once the products are ready, they will be packed and send through from China via our professional nail artists to your door. It would take another 25 working days of shipping. You will receive the tracking number once it’s shipped, and we will always help you to navigate your package.

• About Return and Refund.What’s your refund and exchange policy? 

Due to sanity reasons and of course, the costs of nail artists/shipping/tax, we only accept a refund for products with quality issues. Please don’t hesitate to reach out  if  you found a serious quality issue with the products you have received. We cannot afford any exchange. Due to the nature of handmade products, each product may have slight variations and individual handicraft flaws. Please double check when you are making orders-carefully review the product description, and refer to the measure guide to find the right size.
